Well Rounded Momma LLC provides pregnancy, birth and postpartum doula support in the
We support a woman and her family in the journey of her own motherhood in the way that she defines it. We empower her to discover and enhance her own unique birthing style.
Giving support during the birth process means providing emotional support, physical comfort measures, an objective view point and assistance in getting resources and information for the childbearing year. Our doulas draw from a diverse set of experiences and skills. What makes her feel supported is unique to every woman. For some women this can mean having an unmedicated hospital or home birth, where for others this can mean having adequate pain medication and medical support. Each personal journey is honored as the mystery of birth often leads every woman to discovering her own power as a birthing woman and mother.
WRM is comprised of Doulas, Childbirth Educators, Lactation Professionals, and Midwives who provide one-on-one consultations and facilitate groups, workshops and classes. To read about a particular staff member, click on the name below:

Our Mission
Well Rounded Momma (WRM) seeks to reduce unnecessary birth interventions; increase and promote normal, spontaneous labor and vaginal delivery; improve breastfeeding success rates; minimize mother-baby separations and promote healthy mother, baby and family attachment. Through compassionate, accessible, and non-judgmental education and resources, WRM promotes greater awareness of evidenced-based care and the broad range of choices available to birthing women as well as birth professionals. In this way, WRM will create a positive fiscal impact on our nation's health care system and, most importantly, restore dignity and joy to the birthing process.
We fully support The Mother-Friendly Childbirth Initiative.
