Very kind of you to be thinking of us.
I called Tami and she came over that day, she was great. She ended up using counte-pressure to get the clogged ducts drained, OUCH! HA, but I felt 10 times better once it was all drained. Also, now I know how to do it myself if it happens again. So I'm thinking I was seriously blessed by having her particularly come over because she thought to look at his tongue to see if he was tongue tied. I can't help but think that that typically wouldn't be something people would look at because clogged ducts could be attributed to a long list of different things.
Me & Bryan have been talking about how everything fell into place & how the chain of things happened. Meaning we used you, who led us to her and so on. But yes, she recommended a pediatrician, Dr. Moore. I called and they got us in the next morning and performed the procedure. Since then, he has a better latch and has been feeding much better now. So thank you for recommending her, she was great and super sweet.
Well I would love to come by and see you one of these days. I was thinking about popping in for the mommy circle one of these days for the heck of it. Anyways, I hope we never lose contact so keep in touch ok?

We cannot thank you enough. After 6 years, nighttime bedwetting had really grown very old for our sweet Gracie. She was so incredibly frustrated, and all we knew to do was to buy the bedtime pull-ups, and love her through it.
On a whim we asked you about it, and you said you could REALLY help. You examined her, and then, ever so gently, asked her permission, and adjusted her. She didn't even cry, she was so amazed by you "making popcorn in her back"

We entered this class with hopeful expectations. Mandie Medford has been our Hypnobirthing Instructor. She has far expected those expectations! She has so many wonderful qualities!
We were unable to attend our first committed schedule of classes due to unfortunate circumstances. Not only was she willing to work out a new schedule with me, but made me feel completely comfortable in doing so.
As a first time mom, I was feeling like I was failing, but her positive and unconditional attitude allowed me to view things in a new light.
The Well Rounded Momma Center is extremely fortunate and blessed to have her. She is kind, light hearted, funny and very easy to learn from! We really appreeciate everything we have learned for not only our child, but everyday life!

I just wanted to let you know that I don't know how I would have made it without you! I know we had prepared for this totally natural holistic home birth with candles and meditation and everything, but my baby girl had a surprise in store for me! A C-section is the polar opposite of everything we prepped for, but you were there to literally hold my hand and tell me that I am making the right decision, given my circumstances, and after hearing you say that I had the strength to make the right decision for me and my baby. And I have ZERO regrets, if you can believe that. Me, miss holistic mama complete with midwife and homebirth plans had no regrets - my birth experience - a C-section was a wonderful experience - and I credit you largely for that. I will never even consider giving birth without a doula!
And I have to tell you that I especially appreciate your help with breastfeeding. It was my goal to nurse my baby for at least 6 months - after the C section I was so drugged that I couldn't feed myself let alone my new baby. I don't even remember much from the first few days but I do remember - and my husband who was there with us remembers you getting the baby latched on and nursing for me - while I was asleep because of the medication. You fed me ice chips and helped me fill out paperwork -
Rebecca, I am SO THANKFUL for you. I think you are an amazing doula, and an amazing woman. I also think you would be an amazing midwife - I was lucky to have you, and I will truly never forget you. You are a huge part of my birth memory. And it is a beautiful one. Thank you so much - I am certain that without you I would not have had such positive feelings about my totally unnatural birth! You were wonderful. By the way - she's 8 months and got her first teeth and we just stopped nursing about 3 weeks ago. Thanks to you I exceeded my goal for nursing! And she is beautiful, and healthy and quite robust and resilient! Honsetly, you gave me the best gift I have ever recieved. Because you knew of my deep desire to skip the bottle altogether, you and you alone got her started on the breast for me. I will never forget that.
