Mother of Seven. My first birth I ever attended was at the age of fifteen for someone that I used to babysit for. It was an awesome experience and I have attended many births since then. The births of my children were all so wonderful and exciting. I loved being pregnant, it was always a wonderful time for me.

I became a doula because I wanted other women to know what a great experience it could be for them. I love mothering women during that time. I want to empower women to know that they have choices during their labor. I will help with birth plans whether it is home births or hospital. I will offer support in whatever setting. I offer kind words, gentle touch, comfort measures, massage, music, photography (if I am not too busy with a mom), counter pressure, and anything that a mom needs.

Becoming a mother whether it’s your first or seventh it’s a special time and I love being a part of that. Making that time special for families is something that I have always loved to do. I received my doula training through Dona. I serve Henderson, Las Vegas and Boulder City areas. As your doula I will be there with continuous support all through the labor and birth process and staying with you for a couple of hours after if needed.

I am an advocate of breastfeeding and have nursed all of my children so if help is needed in that area I will be there to help. I am excited to be part of your birth experience and hope to make it one of the best events in your life.
