About Me.
Rachael Sudek is a compassionate and dedicated advocate for maternal and infant health, currently completing her Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) training through the Healthy Children Project. She is an active member of the Nevada Breastfeeding Coalition and was awarded the Nevada Lactation Hub Scholarship in recognition of her commitment to expanding access to lactation support.
As a mother of two young boys, Rachael brings personal breastfeeding and pumping experience, along with a deep understanding of the emotional and physical journey of parenthood. Her goal is to support families with compassion and real-life perspective—drawing from both her professional training and lived experience. Whether working through latch challenges, navigating pumping and bottle-feeding, re-lactation, or adjusting to postpartum life, Rachael offers care that meets families where they are.
With over a decade of experience in client support and relationship building, Rachael is honored to walk alongside families on their feeding journey. She believes in creating care spaces that are inclusive, respectful, and affirming of all identities and paths to parenthood.
