This is a slow, grounding yoga class designed for relaxation, nervous-system support, and ease. Perfect for beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone needing a softer practice.
Classes include gentle yoga followed by an extended sound bath, using singing bowls and tuning forks to help the body unwind, release tension, and deeply rest. No experience is needed—come as you are.
✨ Great for stress relief, relaxation, beginners, postpartum bodies, menopause, and anyone seeking gentle movement with sound healing.
