CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION CLASSES

All of our childbirth classes are taught by Independent Contractors. This means you'll find content in our classes you would not find in any typical hospital childbirth class. While each course has its own unique philosophy and will focus on different techniques for labor comfort measures, all of these courses will cover basic labor and childbirth information. Payment automatically registers your for the class.

The HypnoBirthing childbirth method is as much a philosophy of birth as it is a technique for achieving a satisfying, relaxing, and stress-free method of birthing. Pregnant mothers-to-be will learn how to call upon their birthing body’s own natural relaxant (endorphins) and thus lessen or even eliminate birthing discomfort, labor pain, and the need for medication.
