Clients are highly encouraged to fill out the form below to get in contact with our front desk to be assigned a Placenta Specialist to go over the contract, service details, instructions, contraindications and common side-effects for consuming your placenta, and to go over any questions/concerns.

You may also come in anytime during office hours to sign your contract, arrange payment and receive instructions. However, questions about protocols/how placentas are handled should be directed to a Specialist.
